WE EXPECT TO OBTAIN SEVERAL TYPES OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE USERS OF THE FOREIGN RELATIONS SERIES INCLUDING WHICH HISTORIANS USE THE SERIES, HO FREQUENTLY, AND TO WHAT PURPOSE, AND WHETHER PROPOSED CHANGES IN FORMA CONTENT, AND TECHNOLOGY WOULD BE WELL RECEIVED.
