Abstract: SURVEY RESULTS ARE NEEDED BY THE DEPARTMENT'S EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS ADMINISTRATION TO EVALUATE THE IMPACT OF RAISING THE TIP CREDIT ALLOWE EMPLOYERS UNDER PROVISIONS OF THE FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT. RESULTS C ALSO BE USED FOR WAGE ADMINISTRATION, NEGOTIATIONS AND MEDIATION PROCEDURES, AND FOR RESPONDING TO INFORMATION REQUESTS FROM THE GENERA PUBLIC.
