Abstract: THE ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM PROVIDES MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES TO STATE FORESTRY AGENCY RECEIPIENTS OF FOREST SERVICE COOPERATIVE FUND. SUMMARIZED DATA FROM THE EMPLOYEE SURVEY IS USED AS A BASIS FOR DISCUSSION WITH THE ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGERS TO PINPOINT ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT PROBLEM AREAS AND CORRECTIVE ACTION.
