Abstract: THE OMNIBUS BUDGET RECONICILIATION ACT OF 1981, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 1981, AMENDS THE USGSA TO REQUIRE THAT DELEGATED STATES AND DESIGNATED OFFICIAL AGENCIES PAY FEES TO RECOVER COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH FGIS SUPERVISION AND ADMINISTRATION. TWO FORMS, FGIS-132 (INSPECTION REPORT) AND FGIS-132-1 (WEIGHING REPORT), HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED TO GATHE THE DATA NEEDED TO ASSESS THE FEES TO THE AGENCIES.
