Abstract: THIS PROJECT IS AN EXPERIMENTAL CENSUS EVALUATION STUDY. A TOTAL 13,000 HOUSEHOLDS WILL BE SEARCHED FOR IN CENSUS RECORDS TO SEE IF THE WERE COUNTED. IN APROXIMATELY 5,200 CASES ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE NEEDED TO DETERMINE MATCH STATUS. THIS QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE USED TO GATHER THAT INFORMATION.
