Abstract: PROVIDES DATA FOR A STUDY OF EFFECTS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT HAS HAD ON A 10 COUNTY AREA IN GEORGIA. STUDY WILL PROVIDE INFORMATION ON HOW INDIVIDUALS, HOUSEHOLDS AND EMPLOYERS INFLUENCE THE DISTRIBUTIVE IMPAC OF GROWTH IN A RURAL AREA. FEDERAL AND STATE AGENCIES WILL USE DATA FOR ECONOMIC POLICY PLANNING.
