THIS REVIEW EFFORT SHOULD BE COORDINATED WITH THE HUD DEBT COLLECTION TASK FORCE. IN ADDITION, SHOULD HUD SUBMIT THIS FO FOR AN EXTENSION OF THE CLEARENCE APPROVAL IT SHOULD BE CONSOLIDATED WITH THE OTHER "BROKER'S PACKAGE" FORMS IN ONE CLEARENCE PACKAGE.

Abstract: A BROKER CONTRACTING WITH HUD TO MANAGE A HUD-HELD MULTIFAMILY. PROPERTY IS REQUIRED TO COLLECT SECURITY DEPOSITS FROM TENANTS AS CONSISTANT WITH LOCAL CUSTOM AND LAW. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COLLECT, DEPOSIT, MAINTAIN, REFUND AND KEEP RECORDS COVERING SUCH SECURITY DEPOSITS. THE QUARTERLY REPORT IS REQUIRED AS A MEANS FOR HUD TO MONITOR THE CONTRACTOR'S HANDLING OF THE SECURITY DEPOSITS ACCOUNT.
