Abstract: THE EXISTING "RADIATION INCIDENTS" IS USED TO MAINTAIN A DATA BASE WHICH CAN USEFULLY CONTRIBUTE TO A RADIATION INCIDENTS REGISTRY. THE DATA IS USED TO GIVE A BETTER PERSPECTIVE AS TO WHETHER A PARTICULAR RADIATION-EMITTING DEVICE MIGHT HAVE CAUSED AN INJURY DUE TO RADIATION EXPOSURE.
