A RECONCILIATION OF THE MONTHLY BANK STATEMENT IS REQUIRED IN CONNECTION WITH EACH ACCOUNTING REPORT. COMPLIANCE WITH THIS PROVISION AND USE O THIS STANDARDIZED FORM ASSURES THAT ALL CASH TRANSACTIONS ARE PROPERLY REPORTED.
