Abstract: FINAL SBA RULES (PUBLISHED NOVEMBER 23, 1981) IMPLEMENTING P.L. 96-481 REQUIRE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FIXED PERIODS OF PARTICIPATION FOR FIRMS ENTERING SBA'S 8(A) PROGRAM. THE EXTENSION OF FORM USAGE WILL PERMIT SBA TO COLLECT NEW INFORMATION REQUIRED TO ESTABLISH FIXED PERIODS.
