Abstract: FOUR DATA COLLECTION INSTRUMENTS ARE SUBMITTED TO PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR THE EVALUATION OF THE YEAR II EFNEP/FOOD STAMP PILOT PROJECTS. TH EVALUATION TESTS ALTERNATIVE METHODS FOR PROVIDING NUTRITION EDUCATION TO LOW INCOME HOMEMAKERS. EVALUATION RESULTS WILL BE USEFUL IN POLICY DECISIONS FOR THE FOOD STAMP AND EFNEP PROGRAMS.
