Abstract: THIS SURVEY IS NEEDED IN ORDER FOR NCES TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF P.L. 93-380, SECTION 406(B)(1) AND (5). IT WILL BE USED AS SUCH TO PRODUCE A REPORT ON THE SUPPLY AND DEMAND OF PERSONS NEWLY QUAIFIED TO TEACH AS WELL AS SEVERAL REPORTS ON NEW COLLEGE GRADUATES IN THE JOB MARKET.
