Abstract: REQUIRES APPLICATION FOR TESTING AND APPROVAL WITH PRESCRIBED DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS, INCLUDING CHANGES, MODIFICATIONS, AND QUALITY CONTROL PLANS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF QUALITY OF RESPIRATORY PROTECTIVE APPARATUS. THE INFORMATION IS USED TO EVALUATE THE DESIGN INJUNCTION WITH TESTS TO ASSURE CONFORMANCE STANDARDS PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF THE RESPIRATORY DEVICE DESIGN. AUTHORITY ESTABLISHD BY P.L. 95-164.
