Abstract: THIS REGULATION REQUIRES EMPLOYERS TO MAINTAIN COMPLETE AND ACCURATE RECORDS OF EMPLOYEE MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS CONDUCTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE STANDARD AND TO FORWARD THEM TO THE DIRECTOR OF NIOSH UPON TERMINATION OF THE EMPLOYEE'S EMPOYMENT OR IN THE EVENT THE EMPLOYER CEASES BUSINESS WITHOUT A SUCESSOR.
