OMB is currently reviewing Circular A-95 and will be announcing its decision shortly. When FmHA resubmits this paperwork requirement, it must be modified appropritely to reflect revised A-95 requirements. At the same time FmHA must review forms AD 621 and AD 624 to simplify them. FmHA must also include justification for each item of informa tion required by this form in its resubmission.
