Abstract: THIS FORM IS NECESSARY TO SUPPORT A CLAIM FILED BY AN EXPORTER FOR DRAWBACK OF TAXES ON WINE EXPORTED. THE FORM DESCRIBES THE WINE FOR DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF TAX TO BE FILED ON THE CLAIM FOR DRAWBACK AND EVIDENCE THAT THE WINE HAD BEEN TAXPAID BY A LICENSED WINERY IN THE U.S. BY THEIR CERTIFICATION.
