FORM IDENTIFIES THE DISTILLED SPIRITS PLANT TRANSACTIONS ABOUT SPIRITS ENTERED INTO THE BOTTLING PREMISES BY QUANTITY AND SOURCE, AND OTHER TRANSACTIONS TO DETERMINE AMOUNT TO BE CLAIMED. FOR IS USED BY ATF TO VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF THE CLAIM FOR TAXES.
