Abstract: THIS QUESTIONNAIRE IS PART OF OPM'S PROGRAM TO DEVELOP A TOTAL COMPENSATION COMPARABILITY SYSTEM IN SUPPORT OF THE "FEDERAL EMPLOYEES COMPENSATION ACT OF 1979." THE SURVEY RESULTS WILL BE USED TO MAKE TOTAL COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENTS FOR FEDERAL EMPLOYEES IN THE FOLLOWING YEAR IF PROPOSED LEGISLATION (FEDERAL EMPLOYEES COMPENSATION REFORM ACT) IS ENACTED.
