Abstract: THE PEAP PROGRAM IS A MULTI-YEAR ASSISTANCE PROGRAM TO THE STATES FOR IDENTIFYING PUBLIC FIRE SAFETY EDUCATION NEEDS, OBTAINING APPROPRIATE EDUCATION MATERIAL FOR THOSE NEEDS, AND ESTABLISHING A RESOURCE EXCHAN NETWORK FOR INTERCHANGING RESOURCES AND MATERIALS WITHIN THE STATES.
