Abstract: THE REPORT FORM IS NECESSARY TO TABULATE THE TYPES OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDED DAILY BY THE ABAR CONTRACTORS TO THE CHARGING PARTIES OR THEIR ATTORNEYS IN TITLE VII ACTIONS. THE DATA OBTAINED FROM THE FORM WILL ASSIST EEOC IN MAKING A MEANINGFUL EVALUATION ABOUT THE FUTURE OF PROVIDING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE PRIVATE BAR AND TO THE CHARGING PARTIES.
