Abstract: AFTER TAXPAYER PROBLEM IS RESOLVED OFLLOW-UP LETTER COMMENTS ARE NEEDE TO EVALUATE INDIVIDUAL CASE PROCESSING, MONITOR TAXPAYER SATISFACTION, AND PROVIDE A FORM FOR TAXPAYERS TO COMMENT OR SUGGEST IMPROVEMENTS ON THE PROGRAM. THE F1285 SERIES LETTERS ARE NEEDED FOR THIS PURPOSE.
