Abstract: FORM IS USED TO ISSUE TEMPORARY VEHICLE PASSES, AND IS NEEDED TO DOCUMENT ENTRANCE OF UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES ON SERVICE CENTER PROPERTY. A RECORD WILL BE MAINTAINED FOR A TWO YEAR PERIOD. IF FORM IS NOT USED, VEHICLES WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GAIN ENTRANCE TO SERVICE CENTER PROPERTY.
