Abstract: WCSR DATA USED TO (1) PLAN RECRUITMENT NEEDS, (2) MAINTAIN JOB CORPS CENTERS AT PLANNED ENROLLMENTS LEVELS, (3) PRODUCE CENTER PERFORMANCE DATA FOR EVALUATION, AND (4) MONITOR OFF-CENTER PROGRAM LEVELS AND PERFORMANCE.
