IF ELECTION IS MADE, THE ORGANIZATION'S TAX EXEMPTION IS REVOKED IF IT USES THIS INFORMATION TO DETERMINE WHAT RULES THE ORGANIZATION'S EXPENDITURE ARE TREATED UNDER.
