Abstract: FORM SECURES PAYMENT OF TAXES ON CIGARS AND CIGARETTES BROUGHT INTO THE U.S. FROM PUERTO RICO WHERE THE TAX IS NOT PAID AS REQUIRED BY LAW AND REGULATION. DESCRIBES THE TAXPAYER, AMOUNT OF COVERAGE, AND THE CONDITIONS THAT THE TAXPAYER AND SURETY COMPANY MUST ADHERE TO AND PAY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT.
