SECTION 985.54, AND 985.55 OF THE ORDER AUTHORIZES THE SPEARMINT OIL ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE TO ESTABLISH RULES AND REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT THOSE SECTIONS. THE PROPOSED RULES AND THE FORMS APPLICABLE TO THESE RULES WOULD FACILITATE ISSUANCE OF ANNUAL ALLOTMENTS TO PRODUCERS BY THE COMMITTEE AND PROVIDE A METHOD OF IDENTIFYING SPEARMINT OIL. THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS REGULATIONS TO TH DEPARTMENT TO MAKE THE PROGRAM OPERATIONAL.
