WE USE THE INFORMATION TO ASSOCIATE WITH OUR FILES TO ESTABLISH LIEN FILING AND FOR FUTURE LEGAL REFERENCE WITHOUT OBTAINING THIS INFORMATION, WE COULD NOT INSURE THE LIEN IS ACTUALLY FILED, RECORDED AND VALIDATED.
