Abstract: CONCERN HAS SURFACED AMONG CERTAIN NATIONAL GRASSLAND PERMITTEES OVER THEIR 1981 GRAZING VALUE AS COMPARED WITH GRAZING FEES ON PUBLIC DOMAI AND NATIONAL FOREST LANDS. THE STUDY WILL DETERMINE ACTUAL FEES PAID FOR SIMILAR PRIVATE GRAZING LANDS AND IS CRITICAL TO RESOLVING THE CURRENT ISSUE.
