Abstract: THE INFORMATION BEING SOUGHT IN THE ATTACHED QUESTIONNAIRE IS DESIGNED TO AID AGENCIES REPRESENTED ON THE TRADE POLICY STAFF COMMITTEE IN DETERMINING WHETHER THE CANADIAN FOREIGN INVESTMENT REVIEW AGENCY IS OPERATING IN A WAY WHICH DISTORTS TRADE PATTERNS.
