Abstract: SINGLE-TIME VOLUNTARY QUESTIONNAIRE TO SECURE INFORMATION ON CONFERENCES' AND WATERBORNE COMMON CARRIERS' CURRENT PRACTICES AND EXPERIENCES UNDER DUAL RATE CONTRACTS.
