Abstract: DATA IS FILED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 304.2 OF THE FDIC RULES AND REGULATIONS. DATA IS USED TO MONITOR THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF INDIVIDUAL COMMERCIAL BANKS AS WELL AS THE ENTIRE BANKING INDUSTRY. IN ADDITION, THE DATA IS NEEDED FOR RESEARCH PROJECTS, DEPOSIT ASSESSMENTS AND IS AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. FORM MUST BE USED BY BANKS ABOVE 100 MILLION IN ASSETS.
