THE FORM ALSO PROVIDES FOR THE REPORTING OF EXPENSES TO DETERMINE THE NET PROFIT OR LOSS. SECTION 6012 AND 6017 REQUIRE TAXPAYERS TO FILE A RETURN IF INCOME EXCEEDS THE STATED MINIMUS.
