Abstract: PROVIDES DATA TO TEST A SYSTEM OF INTERVIEWING OPERATORS BY TELEPHONE FOR MONITORING PROGRESS IN IMPLEMENTING CONSERVATION PRACTICES. ALSO WILL COLLECT INFORMATION ON NET RETURNS ASSOCIATED WITH LEVELS OF CONSERVATION PRACTICES, EROSION AND FLOODING DAMANGES. THIS SYSTEM COULD SUPPLEMENT INFORMATION CURRENTLY PROVIDED BY OBSERVATION POINTS BY FIELD TECHNICIANS.
