Abstract: THIS ONGOING QUESTIONNAIRE IS DISTRIBUTED TO INDIVIDUALS WHO SERVE ON PRESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT INTERN PROGRAM SCREENING PANELS. THE PURPOSE OFTHIS QUESTIONNAIRE IS TO GET THE REACTION OF PANEL MEMBERS TO THE TRAINING PROCESS AND THE VALUE OF VARIOUS RATING CRITERION. THIS QUESTIONNAIRE IS USED TO MODIFY AND IMPROVE THE SCREENING PROCESS.
