Abstract: APPLICATION IS USED TO ENABLE U.S. COMPANIES TO PARTICIPATE IN NEW PRODUCE INFORMATION SERVICE. INFORMATION IS USED, FIRST, TO DETERMINE WHETHER APPLICANTS MEET PROGRAM PARTICIPATION CRITERIA. IN ADDITION, THE FORM PROVIDES VITAL DATA ON NEW PRODUCTS WHICH IS USED TO PREPARE "NEW PRODUCTS USA" LISTINGS IN COMMERCIAL NEWS USA MAGAZINE AND RADIO SCRIPTS FOR VOA BROADCASTS. THE FORM ALSO INCLUDES IMPORTANT DATA NEEDED FOR PROGRAM EVALUATION PURPOSES
