Abstract: EXECUTIVE ORDER 12160 REQUIRES INCORPORATION OF CONSUMERS' VIEWS INTO THE AGENCY DECISION-MAKING PROCESS. THE FEEDBACK CARD PROVIDES A VOLUNTARY MEANS OF EXPRESSING THEIR VIEWS ON TIMELINESS AND QUANTITY OF SERVICES AT VA FACILITIES. CONTINUOUS FEEDBACK FROM CONSUMERS OF VA BENEFIT PROGRAMS WILL ENABLE MANAGEMENT TO BE MORE AWARE OF CONSUMERS' CONCERN AND PERCEPTIONS.
