Abstract: REQUIRED BY SECTION 709(C) OF TITLE VII OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964. THIS REPORT IS DESIGNED TO COLLECT DATA ON EMPLOYER DIRECTED APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS. THIS DATA WILL ENABLE THE COMMISSION TO FORMULATE REMEDIAL PROGRAMS FOR DISCHARGING ITS STATUTORY FUNCTIONS, POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WITH RESPECT TO UNFAIR APPRENTICESHIP SELECTIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS.
