Abstract: THIS SYSTEM WAS DEVELOPED TO OBTAIN PROGRAM STATUS DATA TO USE IN MANAGEMENT AND IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROGRAM AND BUDGET DATA. THE DATA EMPHASIS CENTERS ON THE EFFECTIVENESS AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE EMERGENCY READINESS CAPABILITY FOR ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT AT THE END OF THE FISCAL YEAR.
