Abstract: CADMIUM FUME AND DUST ARE HIGHLY TOXIC, POTENTIALLY CARCINOGENIC SUBSTANCES. CADMIUM IS USED IN MANY INDUSTRIES. THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION WILL OBTAIN ESSENTIAL BASELINE DATA ON INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES, OPERATINGS, EXPOSURE CONTROLS AND INVESTMENT IN HEALTH OF WORKERS EXPOSED TO CADMIUM. THESE DATA WILL BE USED TO REVISE THE CURRENT CADMIUM REGULATION, IF NECESSARY, AND AS INPUT INTO A REGULATORY ANALYSIS PREPARED IN COMPLIANCE WITH E.O. 12044
