Abstract: THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES TEMPORARY HOUSING ASSISTANCE TO VICTIMS WHO HAVE BEEN DISPLACED FROM THEIR HOMES BECAUSE OF EXTENSIVE DAMAGE AND/OR INACCESSIBILITY THE PURPOSE OF THE SURVEY IS TO OBTAIN THE RECIPIENT'S PERCEPTION OF THE PROGRAM AS IT PERTAINS TO THEIR TEMPORARY HOUSING NEEDS; TIMELINESS OF SERVICE; ADEQUACY OF THE AMOUNT OF THE GRANT AND THE VALUE OF THE OVERALL PROGRAM.
