Abstract: THE OSHA-7 FORM IS USED BY EMPLOYEES TO REPORT UNSAFE AND/OR UNHEALTHFUL CONDITIONS IN THE WORK PLACE. THIS IS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 8(A)(1) OF THE OCCUAPTIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT. THE INFORMATION IS USED BY OSHA TO EVALUATE THE ALLEGED HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS IN THE WORK PLACE AND TO SCHEDULE INSPECTIONS OF THE WORK PLACE.
