Abstract: THIS IS AN ORAL REQUEST FOR NONCONTINUOUS GRADING SERVICES ON A FEE BASIS. UPON REQUEST FROM THE APPLICANT WE ASSIGN A GRADER TO PERFORM THE SERVICE AND BILL THE APPLICANT. THE REGIONAL OFFICE ALSO KEEPS RECORDS OF THE TONNAGE FIGURES COMPUTED BY PRODUCT.
