Abstract: OF-222 IS USED AS THE PRELIMINARY QUESTIONNAIRE TO DETERMINE AN ALIENS ELIGIBILITY UNDER OUR IMMIGRATION LAWS TO APPLY FOR AN IMMIGRANT VISA. IT ALSO ASSISTS THE CONSULAR OFFICER IN DETERMINING WHAT DOCUMENTATION THE ALIEN WILL NEED IF FOUND ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR AN IMMIGRANT VISA.
