Abstract: PROVIDES DATA TO ESTIMATE OFF-FARM STOCKS OF ROUGH RICE BY LENGTH OF GRAIN VARIETIES AND MILLED RICE BY MARKETING CLASS. ESTIMATES ARE USED TO REVISE PRODUCTION FORCASTS. ALSO COMBINED WITH ON-FARM STOCKS (40-R0306) FOR ESTIMATES OF TOTAL RICE STOCKS. THESE ESTIMATES USED BY RICE INDUSTRY IN MARKETING DECISIONS.
