Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THE REPORT FORM IS TO ASSIST EEOC IN ITS EVALUATION OF THE ALLEGATIONS BROUGHT FORTH TO IT BY POTENTIAL CHARGING PARTIES. THE DATA IS USED IN EEOC'S PRE-CHARGE COUNSELING PROCESS TO SCREEN OUT NON-TITLE VII MATTERS, ASSIST CHARGING PARTIES IN EVALUATING THEIR CHARGES AND TO FRAME THE CHARGE IN SUCH A MANNER AS TO DIRECT THE INVESTIGATION AND EFFECT ANY POTENTIAL RELIEF.
