Abstract: THIS REPORT CAPUTRES THE PRODUCTION VOLUME AT ESTABLISHMENTS OPERATING UNDER FEDERAL MEAT INSPECTION LAWS. BECAUSE OF DAILY VARIATIONS IN PROCESSING, THE REPORTS ARE USEFUL IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF MEAT INSPECTION LAWS AND ALLOW THE INSPECTOR IN CHARGE TO PLAN THE ASSIGNMENT AND REASSIGNMNET OF INSPECTION PERSONNEL.
