Abstract: THE FORM WILL BE USED BY HUD AS EVIDENCE THAT A PROPERTY TO BE FINANCED WITH FHA INSURANCE IS FREE OF WOOD DESTROYING INSECTS. A MORTGAGE WILL NOT BE INSURED UNTIL HUD IS SATISFIED THAT THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN INSPECTED AND FOUND FREE OF INFESTATION.
