Abstract: THIS FORM PROVIDES A STANDARDIZED FORMAT FOR USE BY CONSULTING ENGINEERS IN PREPARING AND SUBMITTING FINAL STATEMENTS OF ENGINEERING FEES; IT PROVIDES THE FISCAL BASIS ON WHICH TO CLOSE OUT THE ENGINEERING CONTRACT AND TO MAKE THE FINAL ADVANCE TO THE BORROWER; IT IS USED BY THE CONSULTING ENGINEER AND REA AS A WORKSHEET IN ESTIMATING FOR BUDGET PURPOSE THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF THE ENGINEERING FEE
