Abstract: THIS REGULATION REQUIRED THE PLANTS TO MEET CERTAIN FACILITIES REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO THE SANITARY HANDLING AND PHYSICAL SEPARATION OF ELIGIBLE FATS FROM THOSE FATS WHICH ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CERTIFICATION. IT SPECIFIES CONTROL PROCEDURES TO PROTECT THE INTEGRITY OF ELIGIBLE FATS WHICH CAN BE VERIFIED BY THE INSPECTOR.
