AVUE Digital Services

OJP recruits and maintains a talented and skilled workforce to support their programmatic offices using technology for the applicant intake, assessment, selection and personnel transaction workflow processes. OJP currently uses a Avue Digital Services, a SaaS solution, for its human resources talent acquisition, staffing, classification, provisioning and deprovisioning for federal and non-federal staff. The system is used to process personnel workflow actions as well as an automated recruiting/classification system that allow electronic creation of position descriptions, electronic posting of vacancies to the Office of Personnel Management’s USAJOBs, online/automated submission and tracking of employment applications, generation of certificates of eligibles, and other staffing-related capabilities. OJP’s use of the system includes functionality and technology to support human capital and human resources (HR) business processes and operations such as online employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations management, and retirement and benefits counseling and processing, equal employment opportunity management, provisioning and deprovisioning of assets, and identity management of federal and non-federal staff.
